- Construction insurance (damage-to-works insurance, all-risks site insurance, compulsory ten-year liability insurance, optional insurance and insurance of other construction participants)
- Property development – off-plan sales – sales of property to be renovated – individual house construction contracts
- Financial completion guarantee and delivery guarantee
- Formation, performance, renewal and termination of residential, furnished, professional, commercial, off-plan and rural leases
- Proceedings to set the rent of renewed and revised leases and eviction compensation
- Co-ownership law, urban land associations (AFUL) and free owners’ associations (ASL)
