The firm advises companies and their executives on preventing and dealing with financial difficulties: ad hoc mandate, conciliation, safeguard, receivership and judicial liquidation. We assist the debtor, its executives, its shareholders and its creditors at every stage of the proceedings, from the declaration of insolvency to the adoption of the plan.

We also act in the takeover of distressed companies (bids before the court, sale plans) and in the related legal and social restructurings: group reorganisation, universal transfer of assets, mergers and demergers, social management of restructurings.
