The firm assists professionals in regulated activities, and in particular healthcare professionals, including community pharmacists, in all their transactions: purchase and sale of pharmacies, formation and restructuring of professional practice companies (SEL, SPFPL), entry and exit of partners, financing of the transaction and relations with professional bodies.

The firm has carried out a number of major transactions involving the acquisition of laboratories and large community pharmacies.

We also act for other regulated liberal professions (chartered accountants, legal and judicial professions) in structuring their practice, drafting their partnership agreements and handling their disputes.
