Workplace accidents, occupational illness and dismissal

The firm assists employees and employers in workplace-accident and occupational-illness litigation: recognition of the occupational nature of the accident or illness, challenges to the disability rating, claims for employer gross negligence (faute inexcusable) and compensation of losses, unenforceability of the social-security decision.
